For the bath: gently pour into a nice hot bath and soak for at least 20 minutes. Please do not soak the enclosed crystal for more than an hour. First of all, I use it as an exfoliating scrub. I tend to overuse bath salts, so it goes a lot longer as an exfoliating scrub for me. I used the scrub with the intention of cleansing my aura of all the negative thoughts and anxieties in my head. It goes on nice and works into a slightly abrasive lather perfect for cleansing and exfoliating. I emerged extremely silky, smooth and smelling great along with being emotionally clear and stable! I used the essential skin balm on all my dry areas afterwards with the intention of healing my skin to hold in good intentions.
These products are amazing and now part of my daily routine!!
