Below are the Policies and Code of Ethics that govern my business. These policies are in place to establish ethical and practical boundaries, and to manage expectations. These ethics are rooted in my spiritual beliefs, personal ethics, and the old idea of having integrity.

Readings and Classes:

• No refunds after a reading has been given. If you are not satisfied with your reading right away, let it sit with you for a while. You may find it resonates differently over time.

• I am not a legal, medical, financial, or mental health professional, and a card reading is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice. I am not responsible for any actions you may take or events that may occur after your reading. Your choices are your own.

• I do not know everything, no one does, but I will use my gifts to guide you as best as I can. Anyone claiming to know everything is a fraud. Please do not give out personal information such as social security numbers, addresses, phone numbers etc.

• I will not do readings about a third party, including readings about someone else’s thoughts, feelings, or actions. This is unethical, and more likely to represent the seeker’s own hopes and fears anyway. What I can do is focus on you, your feelings, and how you behave in relationships with others. We only have power over ourselves.

• If you have follow-up questions, you are welcome to purchase an additional reading, but I cannot answer additional questions or draw additional cards for free after a reading has been given.

• I reserve the right to refuse to do a reading for any reason. If I determine that I am not the right reader for you, I will let you know and issue a refund.

• Rebecca the Red Witch is not responsible for you misinterpreting any reading. If you need clarification on something, please ask during your reading.

• A grace period of 15 minutes if you are late to your appointment. I'll wait 15 minutes past the appointed time and if you cannot make it, you'll have to contact me to reschedule. Refunds are not issued for missed appointments, but I’ll do my best to help you reschedule while applying your original payment to the new appointment.

• For entertainment purposes only.

Self-Care Products:

• Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds.

• $15 minimum order. This way I don’t have to pass the credit card fee on to you.

• Upon placing your order, I will ship your order within one week. Upon shipping you will receive an email with the tracking number.

• Ingredients are listed on each product; you are responsible for your own allergies.

• Rebecca the Red Witch is not responsible for misuse of these products.

• Salt scrubs and soaks should be used with caution and should not be used at all by people with congestive heart failure.
